Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) Analysis

SPR has become an important tool in drug discovery campaigns during the last few years. This powerful, label-free technique is used to measure the molecular interactions of small molecules with their biological targets like proteins and DNA. It provides detailed information on the binding affinity, association and dissociation kinetics of the interacting partner. Importantly, the interaction is monitored in real time (1, 2).
ElexoPharm has now added SPR analysis to its biochemistry portfolio. We can now evaluate your compounds in the corresponding target-relevant SPR assay.
